Vietnoms

A Toronto Vietnamese kitchen built on a son’s promise — photographed to carry the heart behind the food.
Vietnoms started with a story that stopped us: a son spending his thirties making sure his mother gets to live out her dream of owning a restaurant. We found it on TikTok and reached out to Tony that same night — not as a pitch, but as an offer to help tell it right. A story and a kitchen like this deserve imagery that does them justice.
And the food more than earns the attention — a Texas BBQ brisket pho, a deep, layered bun rieu, broth poured to order. We shot the dishes, the family, and the new Dufferin room end to end: a complete set built to carry both the flavour and the reason it exists.

“I want to tell your story.”
